We are the hosts of Caspian 208, a two-bedroom seafront apartment in the Marina Club residence on Marina Bay. We wrote this journal because our guests kept asking the same brilliant questions — when to come, how the border works, where to eat two minutes from the front door — and the honest, local answer was never in one place.

Everything here is written from the ground: the walks are timed from our own doorstep, the restaurants are the ones we send friends to, and the numbers are checked against primary sources. Where prices or rules are in flux — Gibraltar's border and tax rules are moving in 2026 — we say so and point you to the source.
